How To Purchase
- Click on "add to cart" to put item into your shopping cart.
You can see the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the
"Shopping Cart" button on the tool bar.
- verifies your account or creates a new account.
If you have an account, click "Log In & Checkout". If you don't,
you will be asked to create one during the checkout process.
- Review your order.
This screen allows you to confirm that all the information is correct. Any
mistakes can be corrected at this point. To complete your order, you must
press "Submit Order & Receive Confirmation".
- My Order.
When you submit your order for purchase, You will receive an e-mail from us
upon shipment of the product from our warehouse. You may check on the status
of your order by clicking on "My Account" and logging in.
Methods of Payment
Rumirecordsshop.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. We
do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations and
our secure servers safely handle the transferring of your personal information.
Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped, but a pre-authorization
will be requested on your account when you place your order. Your bank may choose
to reserve this amount on your card for up to 30 days.
Sales Tax
State laws require that Internet retailers collect sales tax in states where
they are resident. If your order is being shipped to one of the states identified
below, the State and/or Local sales taxes for that State will automatically
be added to your order. The amount will be confirmed at the time of shipment.
The total billing amount (inclusive of Sales tax (es)) will be included (and
itemized) on the pack list.

Delivery Times
Orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received
on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders must be received by 12 noon Eastern Time to be processed that day.

The chart below details shipping charges and policies within the United States.
This includes the continental 48 states, Hawaii, Alaska, APE/APO's, US possessions

Standard: Your order will be sent via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground
based on the size and weight or your order. First Class shipping is the most
economical shipping method and takes about 3-7 business days from the shipping
date to arrive.
Premium: Your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Priority shipping
typically takes 2-3 business days from the shipping date to arrive. For more

Free Shipping Qualifications
Free shipping will be applied to orders that meet the following criteria:
- Orders $500.00 and over will ship via UPS ground for free.
- Free Shipping Offers are limited to orders shipped to addresses within the
U.S. Shipping offers cannot be combined or used with other offers.
- Free Shipping Offers will be applied to the merchandise subtotal (excluding
taxes).

PO Boxes Orders
Sent to PO Boxes will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Standard
Service shipping rates apply and delivery times will vary.

Order not received
If you have not received your order after 21 days from the original ship date
and 45 days to destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada), please email Customer

30 days from the shipping date to notify us via email or by phone. If you have

Shipping charges are not refundable
Returns made to Rumi Records will be refunded in the form of the original payment
